  • This form reflects the new schedule options. Please note the following items when choosing

    your child’s schedule.

    ● Pre-K (Gan Rimon): Children in this class must be enrolled Monday – Friday.

    Choice of hours is available.

    ● 2.9 to 4 Year-Old (Gan Tamar): children in this class have a choice to attend 3, 4 or 5

    days a week. Choice of hours is available

    ● Toddler Class (Gan Gefen): children in this class have a choice to attend 3, 4 or 5 days

    a week. Choice of hours is available

    ● For children enrolled for a School Year calendar, vacation schedules will be offered

    separately.

  • Please note: The American Academy of Pediatrics has determined that placing a baby on his/her back to sleep reduces the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). SIDS is the sudden and unexplained death of a baby under one year of age. If your child does not usually sleep on his/her back, please contact your pediatrician immediately to discuss the best sleeping position for your baby. Please also take the time to discuss your child’s sleeping position with your caregiver.

    Periodically, staff members, parents or representatives of the media, take photos, videotape or record students engaged in school activities for purpose of publicity.

  • Short Field Trips

    To enhance our experiences at school, the staff will take the children on some impromptu field trips. The trips will only be within a short walking distance from the school such as a nature walk in a path behind the school, a mailbox, a construction site, etc.

    Your consent on this matter is required. In the event that we plan a long-distance field trip, a separate form will be required.

  • Professionals Release Form


    During the school year we occasionally contract consultations with early childhood professionals who consult us in the areas of social/emotional, fine/gross motor, and speech and language development. The information shared with the professionals will be used only for the purpose of helping the children and the teachers at JPL. All information will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside the school.

    Your consent will allow us to talk to the contracted early childhood professionals and enhance the school experience.
